Are you pregnant and feel the need to strengthen your body to prepare for the delivery and afterbirth?
I will help you to strengthen your body so that it is well prepared for the stress a pregnancy and a new born puts on your body.
We will focus on areas where most women feel the need of strength (such as deep core and upper+lower back) as well as how to stretch and do mobility work without injuring the body. We will work together to find a well suited program just for you.
Did you recently deliver your baby and feel the need to get back into shape?
I will help you to strengthen your upper+lower back, deep core and biceps/triceps as well as other requests you might have.
You are welcome to workout together with your baby if you wish, it can really be a great bonding time for the both of you!
This is workout program, designed for you – Online. A long with the training there will be nutritional advice to get you on the right track for a healthy living.
You don’t need any equipment other than a yoga mat/towel – so you can workout at home or in your gym as per your preferences.
You will get a training schedule to stick to and I will be available for questions and support daily.
